Lynavo Mother-site Terms

These terms apply only to your use of the Lynavo mother-site at lynavo.io (the "Site"). Product applications and product websites may have separate terms, licenses, and purchase conditions.

1. About the Site

The Site is an informational directory for Lynavo utility apps. It provides product descriptions, links to official product sites and GitHub repositories, open-source notes, company information, FAQs, and legal notices.

The Site does not itself provide a Lynavo account, unified subscription, checkout, download delivery, or product license.

2. Acceptable Use

You may browse, search, and follow the Site's links for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at a disruptive rate, or use the Site to distribute malicious code or unlawful material.

3. Product Information and External Destinations

Product names, platforms, licenses, capabilities, availability, pricing, support, and open-source scope can change. The Site links to the source that should be consulted for current product-specific details. A product summary on the Site is not a promise that a feature, release, price, or service is available to you.

External websites and repositories are operated under their own terms. Lynavo is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or data practices of destinations it does not control.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site's layout, text, branding, and original materials are owned by or used by permission of the relevant rights holder, except for third-party marks and linked repository content. Product and repository licenses apply separately to the corresponding code or assets; a link from the Site does not grant additional rights.

5. Availability and Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Lynavo disclaims warranties that the Site or linked information will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or current. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Changes

We may update the Site or these terms as the directory and its links change. The updated version will show a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after publication of changes means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.

Product-specific licensing and privacy questions remain subject to the contact information published by the applicable official product site.
